How I work as a digital nomad

I was asked today on Twitter about how to find work as a digital nomad. I replied Be flexible. Line up work in advance. Get banking set up. Don’t plan to work 40 hrs/week. Travel light (28L backpack). Go. My comments are too long for a Twitter reply and may be interesting to people who don’t follow me on Twitter, so here goes.
