We reviewed over 60 studies about what makes for a dream job. Here's what we found.

We all want to find a dream job that’s enjoyable and meaningful, but what does that actually mean? Often we imagine we can work out what we’re passionate about in a flash of insight, while others think of their dream job as easy and highly paid. We reviewed two decades of research into the causes of a satisfying life and career, drawing on over 60 studies, and we didn’t find much evidence for these views.
