How do you find the most reliable NOT FREE wifi or coworking space before you arrive in a city?

I’m willing to put out $200 a month for a desk and reliable unlimited broadband (ethernet or wifi is fine). I’m also willing to work from a resort, airbnb, or hotel that I’m staying at, but the internet in those seems hit or miss, so it’s hard to blindly trust they’ll be fast/reliable.

How do I find the best not-free wifi before I arrive in a city?
