How to Be Happier in 2018

When I reflected on my 2017 — what went well and what didn’t — my main takeaway was this: certain activities and attitudes to life bring me joy. Or at the very least decrease my negativity, pessimism and sadness. My intention this year is to maximize those moments of joy. Here are 11 reminders to myself for living a happier and healthier 2018.
