I am curious: as a DN, how many evenings do you go out and explore vs. stay in?

Since we are working and not on vacation, most of us with a traditional 9-5 will only get evenings and weekends to see our travel destination. How many evenings do you stay in? I ask because I tend to go out in the new city or town, even for dinner, at least 6 out of 7 nights or I feel guilty! But it also burns me out. Curious to hear other DN’s choices.
