Is a pay cut worth it for WFH?

I am making 195K. The commute is 1 -1.2 hours each way for a 30 miles stretch and recently had a baby still under a year old. I feel bad working so far and relying on daycare.
The new job will be completely remote but salary will be hovering around $115K.
Should I leave my high paying job to be fully remote? Is the huge pay cut worth it?
