Nearly 1 in 5 workers are 'loud quitting' their jobs, a new Gallup poll says — and it's way more extreme than 'quiet quitting'

Gallup says employees who are “loud quitting” at work are actively undermining their company’s efforts, in contrast to the more passive disengagement of workers who are “quiet quitting.”
