Remote working at Kolabtree: Across 5 cities and 3 time zones

Though I’d freelanced independently before, I was new to being part of a remote team that was collaborating almost exclusively online. After six months, I can say that it’s been nothing short of a rewarding experience. And so here I am, sharing with you the pros and cons of working remotely.
