The uncertainty of freelancing is giving me anxiety - how can I help myself?

Any time things are ticking along OK but I’m not super busy, my anxiety goes crazy and brings me to a complete standstill. I start to feel like I don’t have a job at all, I feel a bit useless…How do other people manage to have a positive attitude towards this? What am I doing wrong?
