What are your family friendly DN location recommendations?

My wife and I have a 5 month old daughter and want to spend a few months in a different country (we are currently in the USA). The less expensive the better, but we are also prioritizing safety and child friendly atmosphere. What are your recommendations and experiences in different locations around the world?
