Why (I think) Cost of Living pay for remote workers is BS.

When a company adjusts pay based on a remote employee’s location, what they explicitly saying is that “Your compensation is not based solely on the value you bring to the company.” Think about that for a second. Two employees who generate the same value for the company, are paid different rates, simple because of where they are.
