Tribe Dynamics’ mission is to help iconic brands harness the power of influencer communities with best-in-class data, software, and service. We believe in a world where brands actively engage their most passionate fans to democratize the way the world discovers their products.
We made the switch to remote-first in early 2020, enabling our employees to work wherever they want within the U.S. or the U.K. Our 65 employees currently work across seven U.S. states and the U.K.
Our team stays connected through bi-weekly all-hands, randomized breakout rooms and 1-1s, hackathons, and asynchronous documentation in Notion. This allows us to stay connected and have a strong work/life balance across time zones.
Our Interview Process will look something like this:
☎️ Introductory Call
In a call with our Talent Lead (👋), we’ll discuss your background, goals, and what you are looking for in your next position. She’s happy to answer any general questions you have about the role, position, company, or product!
💻 Zoom chat with Hiring Manager
Here, you’ll learn more about the role, team, and opportunities at Tribe. They’ll be happy to chat about role and team-specific questions!
✍️ Take home exercise
Each team and role will have a slightly different process, but in general, we’ll send over a short (we promise!) exercise to allow you to showcase your skills before your next step. For some roles (mostly Sales & Client Partners) this is part may be a part of the final interview.
👩💻 Meet the team
When meeting the team, our goal is to give you a sense of who you’d be working closely with and get any lingering questions answered. We always send over team profiles and relevant details to help you prepare as well.
We move quickly with offers for top talent such as yourself!
These are the values we live by at Tribe Dynamics.
