Astonishingly fast landing pages for businesses large and small

Customer Success Manager

Looks like this career opportunity is no longer available. We know this isn't what you were hoping for, but we have many other great remote jobs for you to check out.

We are:

Architech Labs, the company behind Convertri.com. We’re an app that lets users build landing pages, sales funnels and websites, and do it fast.

The app does an awful lot of things, and that means there’s a learning curve for our users.

That’s where you come in.

You’re going to:

  • Be our friendly face in our Facebook group, creating interesting content about the app, talking to customers and helping them with any questions they post.
  • Run onboarding calls for new users, helping them get to grips with the app and showing them how to do what they want to do.
  • Help out on our e-mail support desk. You’re going to need to be an expert user with an intimate knowledge of the common problems people face, and there’s no better way to get that experience.
  • Create help articles and more in-depth training material for the app, both text-based and screencast video.
  • Create and manage quarterly surveys to make sure we’re going in the right direction.
  • Create and run regular training webinars for our users.
  • Join our Test team, beating the new features our devs put out in every way you can think of, and raising bugs when you break them. Which you will, frequently.

Here’s the stuff it’d be nice if you had, but we can teach you if you don’t:

  • Experience in a customer success-related role, helping users get the best from a piece of software.
  • Experience writing help docs and training guides.
  • Experience running training webinars to 50+ people.
  • A bit of basic online marketing experience. This isn’t a sales role, but a lot of our users are trying to sell stuff, and if you’ve got some experience in the area it’ll help you understand what they’re trying to achieve.

Here’s the stuff we can’t teach, so you’ve got to bring it with you:

  • You’re an online extrovert. We don’t care if you’re a wallflower in meatspace, but online you’re eager to get involved in all the conversations. You’re good with people - or at least, their online selves.
  • You’re happy in front of a (virtual) crowd. Delivering presentations doesn’t phase you.
  • You’re in a US timezone. Most of our customers are in the US and if you’re awake when they are, you’ll get back to them faster.
  • You’ve got a high level of English, both spoken and written. Our team has people all over the world, but our company runs in English, you’ll be delivering presentations in English, and all the material you’ll be writing will be in English. It doesn’t need to be your first language, but you do need to be confident in using it.
  • You’re happy to use the following sentence: ‘Sorry, I don’t understand. Could you explain?’

Here’s how to apply:

E-mail us your CV and details of when you’d be available to start. You don’t need to send a cover letter, but if there’s anything you’d like to tell us about why we’d regret not interviewing you, please do so :)
