WFH Hotel Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work From Home) Must reside and have work authorization in one of our approved regions: the U.S., Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, Europe (incl. UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Sweden), Australia, New Zealand, or Israel

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused WFH Hotel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting and coordinating hotel accommodations that align with their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. You’ll research properties, compare amenities, and organize reservation details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for each client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend hotel accommodations based on client preferences and travel plans
  • Prepare and organize quotes, reservation details, and accommodation options
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel information and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with hotel partners to confirm bookings and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and documentation
  • Provide timely, professional service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
