We’re looking for a strategic-minded AI Automation Developer to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. In this role, you’ll take the founder’s clearly defined vision and turn it into elegant, reliable automations that streamline the business.

What You’ll Work On:

• Make scenarios (often complex, involving GPT, Notion, and Drive integrations)
• AI-driven document generation
• Expense tracking and budget monitoring
• Lead capture, nurturing, and client conversion workflows
• Tailored guest and client portals with role-specific logic
• Calendar-based triggers and deadline alerts
• Hierarchical document generation using GPT
• Internal logs, summaries, and trackers

Tech Stack:

• We use Make, Notion, and OpenAI (GPT-4). This isn’t just drag-and-drop automation; you’ll need to understand:
• APIs and JSON
• Regex and parsing logic
• Structuring data for AI input/output
• Debugging complex, multi-branch scenarios
• Code-level thinking when automation complexity increases

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or PHP (not required, but a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and automation architecture skills
