Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Partnership Manager to take ownership of our outbound partnership and affiliate initiatives. This role is for a hustler—someone who thrives on making things happen without needing constant direction. You’ll spend your time identifying and securing guest posting opportunities, booking podcast appearances, setting up co-webinars with high-value partners, getting us featured in newsletters and publications, and recruiting and motivating affiliates to promote Funnelytics. Success in this role is measurable, and we expect you to hit the ground running with proven experience, delivering tangible results within weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Posting: Proactively identify and secure high-quality guest posting opportunities on relevant blogs, websites, and publications to showcase Funnelytics’ expertise.
  • Podcast Booking: Research, pitch, and book our CEO on at least one relevant podcast per week within three weeks of starting, maintaining a consistent cadence thereafter.
  • Webinar Partnerships: Find and establish co-webinar opportunities with strategic partners who align with our audience and goals, driving mutual value.
  • Media Exposure: Get Funnelytics featured in newsletters, online publications, and other media outlets to boost brand visibility.
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Actively recruit new affiliates, onboard them effectively, and push them to promote Funnelytics products, ensuring consistent affiliate-driven growth.
  • Tracking & Accountability: Diligently track progress, measure outcomes (e.g., number of podcasts booked, webinars scheduled, guest posts published, affiliate conversions), and report results regularly to leadership.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, hosts, and affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration and success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: You’ve done this before. We need someone with a track record in a similar partnership, affiliate, or outbound marketing role—no beginners or learners.
  • Extreme Proactivity: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions. You hustle, take initiative, and make things happen independently.
  • Results-Driven: You’re obsessed with hitting goals and can deliver measurable outcomes (e.g., 1 podcast/week within 3 weeks, consistent guest posts, webinar setups).
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can pitch effectively, build rapport quickly, and negotiate win-win partnerships.
  • Organizational Skills: You’re meticulous about tracking your efforts and results, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Industry Savvy: Familiarity with the marketing, SaaS, or tech space is a plus—you know where to find the right opportunities and partners.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Book the CEO on at least 1 podcast per week within 3 weeks of starting.
  • Secure 2-3 guest post placements per month in relevant publications.
  • Schedule 1 co-webinar with a strategic partner every 4-6 weeks.
  • Get Funnelytics featured in at least 1 newsletter or publication per month.
  • Recruit and activate 5-10 new affiliates per quarter, with consistent promotion activity.
