This position will be responsible for directly recruiting independent freight forwarders and logistic companies, worldwide. This includes direct calling, email, to also include coming up with effective strategies across platforms to enhance results. The position reports to my Son, the President of the company. International travel includes attending our GLOBAL CONFERENCES once a year and possibly other trips.
The ideal candidate has a college degree, but we will consider others with strong relationship building and B2b sales experience. Good Technological skills, good writing skills, and good people skills are a must. Here is our job description:

Description:
The Sales Director will lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand into new initiatives, and strengthen customer relationships. The Sales Director will drive growth by expanding membership within our global B2B network of independent freight forwarding and logistics companies. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies that attract high-quality members, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the value of our global network. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales leader with industry knowledge or an eagerness to learn, with a passion for building relationships worldwide.
This role requires a results-oriented leader that is creative and can contribute to strategic planning by helping to set up an effective team, design new systems, or deploy helpful technology for an effective, consistent sales effort.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive B2B sales experience.
- Adept in technology (Gsuite, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sendgrid/Mailchimp, etc)
- Proficient on social media platforms for sales and marketing purposes
- Strong strategic, analytical, creativity, and communication skills.
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams and systems.
- Experience in or knowledge of logistics or international trade is a bonus.
- Any additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Reports to the President, Will Ivy.
Requirements:
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
- International travel for Annual Meeting event in March/ April up to 2 weeks
- Home work space that facilitates focused, uninterrupted work as well as conference calls.
Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000/year Salary (Full Time) plus incentives and bonus opportunities.
