We’re a lean ORM agency that specializes in reputation management, content suppression, PR placements, Reddit cleanup, AI overview optimization. The team is small, the work is real, and we move fast.

We’re looking for one person to own the middle of the operation: client relationships and delivery oversight. On any given day you’d be running a client update call in the morning, reviewing VA output before it goes out, building tasks in ClickUp, and flagging something to the OPS Director that you noticed before it became a problem.

What you’ll own:

• Weekly client calls and written updates, run independently
• ClickUp (task creation, VA coordination, completion tracking)
• QA of deliverables before they reach clients
• Spotting upsell opportunities and surfacing them to leadership
• Keeping delivery moving across all active accounts

You’re a fit if:

• You’ve spent 2–4 years in a digital agency or ORM environment
• You’ve held client relationships, not just supported them
• You think ahead and bring ideas without being asked
• You’re comfortable being the one who figures things out

This isn’t for you if:

• You need a detailed brief before every task
• You treat “I’ll wait for direction” as a reasonable default
