Mercor is hiring a Support Engineer to work with a leading AI SWE agent startup to support and delight all the customers onboarding onto their product every week.
In this role, you will:
- Work directly with their engineering and operations teams.
- Help customers solve issues they encounter when using the product.
- Support customer onboardings onto the product.
- Manage tickets in Zendesk.
You could be a good fit if you have:
- Experience in Technical Support Engineering, Customer Support, or in similar roles.
- Native level English proficiency.
- Software Engineering Experience.
- Interest in helping making customers successful when using a cutting-edge AI product.
Details about the role:
- You will work directly with the customer engineering and operations team.
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role. We’re looking for someone to start very soon.
- This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Latin America, but you should be able to overlap for several hours each day with the customer team, which is based in the Bay Area (US Pacific Time).
- You will be classified as an independent contractor with Mercor (but will work directly with the client).
- Hourly rates are flexible based on your background and experience.
