We are looking for a data-driven Senior Product Manager with a bias for action who will drive product development activities for the new venture. This role will report to the Head of Product. Work with design, strategy, and engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept through market launch, and beyond. Work with the design and engineering teams to bring the product vision to life by managing sprint planning and execution to drive key product features.

Primary Responsibilites

• Manage and maintain product features and user stories, delivering against the product roadmap set by the Head of Product.
• Monitor and report on product KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analytics.
• Leverage tools like Pendo to further drive and understand user engagement
• Communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Work with design teams to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and journeys; serves as the voice of the customer.
• Work to define features that solve customer pain points.
• Deliver updates to the product against a tight schedule and manage the ongoing evolution of the product via bi-weekly sprints.
• Manage agile sprint ceremonies and day-to-day execution working closely with design and engineering teams.
• Work with design teams to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and journeys; serves as the voice of the customer.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience with product development and launching digital products, or lieu of degree, a combined 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience with product development and launching digital products.
• Familiarity with common Project Management tools for sprint planning roadmaps, analytics, and tracking, etc.
• Strong understanding of mobile, web technologies, and industries
• Prior experience managing time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
• Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies including user stories, sprint planning, etc.
• Very detail-orientedPrior experience thinking strategically and creatively
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Prior experience working with all levels of the organization 

Education and Experience Preferred

• Familiarity with lean startup principles
