- Engage new and existing customer base to explain how Resemble AI’s software tools and services can help them save time and cost.
- Perform 1:1 onboarding sessions to showcase how Resemble AI can help
- Conduct discovery calls and create customer profiles
- Identify and report issues to product team
- Have a deep understanding on our product and the future roadmap
- 2+ years experience in a high-velocity customer-facing role, for example onboarding, implementation, sales, or customer success
- Able to clearly explain complex topics in person and in writing
- Able to show empathy towards customers by being able to step in their shoes and showing you care
- Demonstrate advancement of customer relationships.
