Sales Manager (Cloud-based Simulation Solutions)

KaleidoSim Technology AG is a highly agile startup with cutting edge solutions and an existing customer base. We have a dynamic management style and market facing development team, with a strong focus on quality.

Our core product is based around an entirely new generation of incredibly powerful, cloud-based, high-performance solutions for physics simulations. The combination of sheer limitless computation power, convenient usability and clever features enable, previously unthinkable, savings in time and money for our customers.

Your goals:

  • Quickly lead KaleidoSim to international recognition and ensure a steady growth of happy customers.
  • Initiate new business relationships, networking and assist with customer retention.
  • Acquire customers and projects independently, from first contact through to closing the sale.
  • Give consulting sessions and presentation (online or on-site) of enterprise leads.
  • Give lectures and workshops at conferences and in an academic environment.
  • Continuously contribute to the design and development of sales-strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Understand customer needs/requirements and communicate these to assist in product development.

You provide:

  • Experience in setting up and managing a productive sales pipeline and team.
  • Capability of learning technical aspects of the product.
  • Extrovert personality, high integrity and the ability to build sales relationships based on trust.
  • Inspiration and enthusiasm towards Start-Up environments and strong sense of job responsibility.
  • Performance driven working style.
  • Sense of high-quality standards.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

  • Experience of simulation software, ideally experience in CFD and FEM.
  • Experience of cloud-based systems.
  • Experience of selling SaaS.
  • German spoken / written.
