- Quickly lead KaleidoSim to international recognition and ensure a steady growth of happy customers.
- Initiate new business relationships, networking and assist with customer retention.
- Acquire customers and projects independently, from first contact through to closing the sale.
- Give consulting sessions and presentation (online or on-site) of enterprise leads.
- Give lectures and workshops at conferences and in an academic environment.
- Continuously contribute to the design and development of sales-strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Understand customer needs/requirements and communicate these to assist in product development.
- Experience in setting up and managing a productive sales pipeline and team.
- Capability of learning technical aspects of the product.
- Extrovert personality, high integrity and the ability to build sales relationships based on trust.
- Inspiration and enthusiasm towards Start-Up environments and strong sense of job responsibility.
- Performance driven working style.
- Sense of high-quality standards.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience of simulation software, ideally experience in CFD and FEM.
- Experience of cloud-based systems.
- Experience of selling SaaS.
- German spoken / written.
