In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning and organizing stays at hotels, resorts, and vacation destinations around the world. You will research accommodations, prepare quotes, and coordinate complete itineraries to ensure each guest enjoys a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend hotel and resort options based on client preferences and budgets
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries for approval
• Communicate with clients to gather travel details and provide updates
• Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
• Deliver professional, prompt, and courteous service to ensure client satisfaction
