Franchise Sales Manager (US Market)

We are Sportika Labs - a company that builds and operates franchised football (soccer) academies.

We have recently secured investment to launch our project in the US market. That’s why we’re hiring a Franchise Sales Manager to join our new US-focused team.

We believe this is a unique opportunity to:

Now we need someone who can drive this forward.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling franchise licenses in the US market (key KPI: number of franchisees onboarded)
  • Working with different customer types (sports professionals, parents, entrepreneurs) and adapting to their motivations and decision-making styles
  • Handling inbound leads: qualification, calls, and online meetings
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
  • Delivering product presentations (Zoom / Google Meet), including financial model breakdowns
  • Working in CRM: tracking leads, managing deals, ensuring data quality

What we expect:

  • Fluent English+Spanish/Russian
  • 3+ years of experience selling franchises / licenses / complex products (full-cycle sales) in international markets (US experience is a plus)
  • Experience selling and negotiating in English and/or Spanish
  • Ability to work with different customer personas and adapt communication accordingly
  • Strong understanding of CRM and sales funnels (stages, conversions, metrics)
  • Availability to work US time zones
  • Self-driven, able to deeply understand the product (not just follow scripts)
  • Experience in startups or scaling-stage projects
  • Interest in sports / football / youth-focused products

  • Base salary + KPI bonus + commission (average total compensation: ~$4,000/month)
