We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical graduate to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Associate. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO on key financial, strategic, and operational initiatives that drive the organisation forward.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing insights from numbers, and creating polished materials that support strategic decision-making. You’ll gain hands-on experience across finance, business operations, and strategy execution in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage detailed spreadsheets for budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Track expenditure and prepare accurate monthly financial reports
• Support the CEO with strategy documents, investment models, and fundraising materials
• Research markets, costs, and opportunities to inform decision-making
• Design clear, professional presentation decks for partners, funders, and investors
• Maintain organised project documentation and assist with grant or funding applications
• Provide general operational and administrative support as required

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, and basic modelling)
• Confident presentation design in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva -Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment -Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
