Job description:

Builds AI/ML tools that lay a foundation for the future of printing. Our roadmap includes a suite of AI/ML tools that are uniquely useful for printing customers. You’ll help us execute it quickly and to the highest of technical standards.

Work performed:

• Builds and manages the AI team to execute the roadmap as quickly as possible.
• Determines the technical approach used to execute AI projects.
• Recommends beneficial AI/ML projects and enhancements.
• Maintains awareness of business needs to guide project selection.
• Collaborates with hiring teams to recruit outstanding AI/ML engineers.
• Assists with writing code and performing code reviews.
• Helps develop the skills and abilities of AI/ML engineers.
• Works with management to grow the AI department.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Compensation:

• $200,000+ based on experience
• $20,000 signing bonus
• Four weeks paid vacation
